We are seeking a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a strong background in healthcare services and mental health program leadership. This role requires expertise in managing large teams, overseeing complex Department of Defense (DoD) contracts, and delivering impactful programs that support military populations.
This position is part of a proposal response and is contingent upon contract award, anticipated in October 2025.
WORKSITE: Remote (Monthly on-site meetings at DHA HQ, Falls Church, VA)
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, standard business hours with flexibility for travel
PAY RATE: $70.00 - $73.00 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead and manage large-scale mental health and healthcare-related projects within the DoD framework
Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with DoD policies and procedures
Direct multiple supervisees and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment
Coordinate with DHA and other government leadership to align program goals with strategic objectives
Provide reporting, project documentation, and clear communication to senior stakeholders
Ensure program delivery meets quality, compliance, and operational standards
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
Master's degree in Mental Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project or Program Management in mental health or an equivalent leadership role
Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and complex mental health programs
Strong knowledge of DoD contracts, contract administration, and familiarity with DoD policies and procedures
Experience working with military populations and government personnel
Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to engage effectively with staff, leadership, and clients
